Peiner's design philosophy has always revolved around the idea of producing grabs which deal with the largest volume as opposed to grab dead weight. Normally, the bucket and grab lifting ratio's meaning that 60 percent of material is dead weight versus 40 percent grab dead weight. This translates into transporting more quantities of materials faster. There is less wear and tear on the structure of the crane and its related components. Through a combination of manufacturing with high quality materials and innovative design, the weight ration that is required is attained.

Grab sizes will range from 1 cubic yard or less to over 50 cubic yards in order to meet the requirements of the client.
